DISCOUNT PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“SUMMER – Additional -20% with code LATO”

§1. General Provisions

The organizer of the discount promotion “SUMMER – Additional -20% with code LATO” (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) is LOFT37 sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-697), Aleje Jerozolimskie 49/41, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7010381042, operating an online store at www.l37-pl.live (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for participation in the Promotion.

§2. Duration of the Promotion

The Promotion is valid from the date of its publication and remains in effect until further notice.

The Organizer may terminate the Promotion at any time by publishing information about its termination on www.l37-pl.live.

§3. Promotion Rules

  1. As part of the Promotion, the Customer may receive a 20% discount on products included in the SS2026 sale collection available in the Store.
  2. To use the discount, the Customer must enter the following discount code in the shopping cart: LATO.
  3. The discount is calculated based on the current product price displayed in the Store at the time the order is placed.
  4. The discount is valid exclusively for products included in the SS2026 sale collection.
  5. The discount does not apply to products that are not included in the SS2026 sale collection.
  6. The discount may be combined with other promotions available in the Store, subject to the exclusions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
  7. The Promotion does not cover delivery costs.

§4. Returns and Complaints

  1. In the event of a return of a product purchased as part of the Promotion, the Customer will receive a refund of the amount actually paid.
  2. Complaints concerning the Promotion may be submitted by e-mail to: bok@loft37.pl.
  3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days.

§5. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the L37 Online Store Terms and Conditions and the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication and are available on the website www.l37-pl.live.
